• Resend— email delivery. Receives your email address and first name to send transactional and marketing emails on our behalf.
• Google Analytics— website analytics. Collects anonymized usage data through cookies.
• Google Ads— conversion tracking. Measures whether ad clicks result in signups or purchases.
• Vercel— website hosting. Serves the website and may process server logs containing IP addresses.

4. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your membership, your account data is retained so you can reactivate or access previously purchased products. Contact form messages are retained for up to 12 months. Lead magnet contact information is retained until you unsubscribe. You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing support@laundromatplaybook.com.
