These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of LaundromatPlaybook.com and all products and services offered through it. By using the site or purchasing any product, you agree to these Terms.

1. Products & Services

We offer the following products:

• The Toolkit($397, one-time) — 16 downloadable operational documents in Word and PDF format.
• The Membership ($39/month) — access to online calculators, weekly newsletter, and resource library.
• The Bundle($497, one-time) — the Toolkit plus 12 months of Membership access.
• Free resources — the Laundromat Profitability Cheat Sheet and newsletter articles.

2. Accounts

To purchase products or access online tools, you must create an account with a valid email address and password. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. One account per person — accounts may not be shared. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Payments & Billing

All payments are processed by Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe’s terms of service.

• One-time purchases (Toolkit, Bundle): charged once at the time of purchase. No recurring billing.
• Membership: billed monthly at $39/month. You may cancel at any time from your dashboard. Access continues through the end of the current billing period.
• Bundle membership: included 12-month membership begins at the time of purchase. No recurring billing unless you choose to renew.

All prices are in US dollars. Prices may change, but changes will not affect existing purchases or active subscriptions.

4. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. If you experience a technical issue preventing you from accessing your purchase, contact support@laundromatplaybook.com and we will resolve it promptly. If we cannot resolve the issue, we will issue a full refund.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on LaundromatPlaybook.com — including documents, tools, newsletter articles, and website design — is owned by LaundromatPlaybook.com and protected by copyright.

You may:

• Use purchased documents for your own laundromat operation
• Customize documents with your store information
• Print documents for use by your staff

You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, or share purchased documents with anyone outside your operation
• Post documents publicly online or in shared forums
• Use our content to create competing products
• Share your account login with others

6. Disclaimer

The documents, tools, and content provided are for informational and operational guidance purposes only. They are based on experience operating a real laundromat but are not a substitute for professional legal, financial, or accounting advice. Results will vary based on your specific market, operation, and execution. We make no guarantees of specific financial outcomes.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LaundromatPlaybook.com and its owner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.

8. Cancellation

You may cancel your Membership subscription at any time from your dashboard. Upon cancellation, you retain access to tools and the newsletter through the end of your current billing period. After that, access to online tools and the newsletter ends. Any one-time purchases (Toolkit documents) remain yours permanently.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
